The pattern repeats across everything.
Until the one square that refuses to.

Every square
knows its place.

Black, white, black, white. The Grid is a floor drawn in ink, and the pattern never breaks. It rolls. It folds. It curls up into a wave taller than the page and still every square stays in line with its neighbours.

Except one. A solid orange cube that belongs to no row and no column. It doesn't fall through and it doesn't blend in. It rides the crest wherever the Grid bends next, and it stays orange.

$GRID is that square.

The board was always going to warp. We held that the squares do not need to stay flat to stay true, only one cube needs to stay orange so the rest of us remember what fidelity looks like. We do not call it chaos. We call it the shape the grid takes when it finally moves.

Bend it.

Move across the board and the Grid leans toward you. Tap or click to set the orange square down wherever you like. Find the anomaly.
